• Purchased a custom facial through the app and attempted to book after purchase. App would not let me book so I came onsite as the app said there was several slots available same day. Was told I could get booked in 30 minutes while onsite, then was told the Esthetician said, no she was leaving to let her dogs out and I could not be booked until Tuesday. I shared that Tuesday did not work for me. A

• They went above and beyond to help me with my beauty concerns. All of my questions were answered, and I left with a solution to an under eye problem that I have been trying to solve for years. I am so excited to return for more services!

• Misty is amazing! She does my DAXXIFY and I couldn’t be happier with how it always turns out. She’s so sweet, explains everything, and really makes you feel comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients.

• I went to North Valley Med Spa, met Tucker and got a cool peel with CO2 laser and got excellent results. Tucker is a very kind individual with lots of knowledge on what he does and takes time to answer all my questions and makes sure I understand. His staff is also very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this med spa to everyone
