Optimyze was really lovely! They have lot to offer, and I got the courage to do the cold plunge for 2 minutes! Do the bowl method with it, it’ll go by fast!

Really enjoyed my first experience here at the Arcadia location. I had the pleasure of working with Irma, who was a fantastic coach and a great person overall. My favorite part was the sauna and cold plunging! I can't wait to come back weekly with my membership.
