Had such a wonderful time here. I love that they have a first visit discount. The owners were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and the place is so clean. I’ve never done infrared or compression therapy, and really enjoyed both. If we lived in town we would definitely come back!

Came here before a Hyrox race with my husband and had the absolute best time. Matt, the owner, was so welcoming and accommodating, and you could tell how passionate he is about the space and making sure you have a great experience. Wish we were staying longer so we could have went back. Highly recommend checking out if you’re in the area- Thanks again Matt!

Great place for recovery and to feel better in general. Stimulating the mind / body - endorphins - feeling more energized. Love that it is a well put together place with several different therapies you can combine or tailor to your own need/benefit/taste. Plus the owners are lovely!
