I visited Urban for the first time last week due to some skin concerns, and I had such a great experience. My appointment was with Jordan, who was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciated. The staff was also so kind and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back!
